LAAM pays per cycle, after its fees, PRA tax, the taxes it withholds, ads and shipping, so the money in the bank never matches what you sold.
What Daybook does: Upload a cycle's CSV files from Octane Seller App, Ledgers. Daybook reads every row, matches it to the invoiced order line, and books the platform fee, PRA tax, the sales tax and income tax withheld, LAAM ads and shipping. You see the net payable for the cycle, and recording the payout clears it.
Delivered orders wait for a ledger, ledgers wait for a payout, and a missed order is easy to lose.
What Daybook does: LAAM receivable shows it in three stages: delivered and waiting for a ledger, in a ledger and waiting for payout, and received this month. It flags invoices delivered more than 20 days ago that are still in no ledger, payouts later than expected, and ledger rows that match no invoice.
Copying orders, deliveries and returns from the seller panel into a sheet takes hours and lets mistakes in.
What Daybook does: Connect LAAM with your API key and press Sync: Daybook reads your products, stock, orders and order lines. With posting on, each sync invoices newly delivered items and makes a credit note for each return.
The same product has one code on LAAM and another in your stock list.
What Daybook does: Product matching links each LAAM product to your own item by SKU, shows what is still unmatched, and can create the items that are missing.
Pieces sold online, pieces in the warehouse and pieces the marketplace thinks you have drift apart.
What Daybook does: Stock in hand shows pieces and value at weighted average cost with LAAM's count beside it. Receive stock, move it between warehouses, count it and adjust it, and see what is at its reorder level.
Sales figures alone hide the cost of what was sold and what the marketplace charged.
What Daybook does: Sales by item shows pieces, sales, cost and margin for each SKU over any period. LAAM fees, ads and shipping are on the profit and loss, so you see profit after the marketplace's charges.
Registered sellers have to send invoices to FBR and work out sales tax every month.
What Daybook does: With the FBR digital invoicing module, invoices are validated and submitted to FBR from the invoice, and the printed invoice carries FBR's invoice number and QR code. Sales tax by month shows output tax, input tax and what is payable.
